The Korte Company has completed a 45,200 square foot building in Maryland Heights for Biomedical Systems. The building will serve as the company’s headquarters and features an expansive glass and brick exterior. The main lobby opens up to a two-story space flanked by a free-standing elevator shaft. The design also includes an exercise room with shower facilities, as well as an employee break room and cafeteria.
“The Korte Company eliminated virtually all of the roadblocks and difficulties inherent in constructing a new building,” said Dan Barrett, President of Biomedical Systems. “We appreciate the Korte team’s dedication to completing our project on time and within budget.”
