Before the COVID-19 crisis, value of new contracts was expected to increase 4%

“The Cleveland residential market’s still booming, so there are a lot of projects still moving forward. That has not stopped despite the pandemic,” Madison says. “As hard as it has been for everyone involved with construction, Ohio housing construction has not shut down so long as the contractor has a plan in place for COVID-19. At RPMI, we’re working from home. So many Zoom meetings. It’s interesting how you actually can get a lot done not having to be face-to-face. [That may be] one of the big changes when this is all done.”
