The Austin Company Announces New Hires and Professional Designations

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Austin Company continues its growth with the addition and development of several associates, including three superintendents:

Jim Eckelberry, project superintendent, Cleveland, Ohio
Jim Eckelberry has more than 35 years" experience in project engineering and construction. He received his bachelor's degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Toledo. In addition, Eckelberry holds certifications from the following programs:   OSHA 30-Hour Safety, Turner Stormwater Compliance and FDEP Stormwater Erosion and Sediment Control.

Daniel Beal, area superintendent, Atlanta, Georgia
Daniel Beal holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in project management from Kaplan University. His experience ranges from medical facilities and apartment complexes to industrial facilities and commercial renovations. Beal's background includes over 35 years in construction, with many years in superintendent roles. In his most recent position, Beal served as construction manager of medical facilities for an Atlanta-based design-build firm.

Jeff Carter, unit superintendent, Atlanta, Georgia
Jeff Carter has more than 40 years" experience in the commercial building and remodeling industry. He has worked most of his career on the Redstone Arsenal, a U.S. Army post, with companies such as Northrop Grumman, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NASA and the Missile Defense Agency. Carter holds multiple training certificates as well, including OSHA Thirty Hour Safety Training, American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED, and NASA Safety, Health and Environmental Training.
