Roy EppsThe Walsh Group promoted Roy Epps to the position of president of its water division. In this role, Epps will oversee the contractor’s entire water program, which currently totals more than $3.5 billion in contracts. A 20-year Walsh veteran, Epps has more than 37 years of experience in water systems and infrastructure construction. He will also join the company’s executive committee.

 

Ben BrunsBen Bruns has joined The Boldt Co., Appleton, Wis., as executive vice president for its northern operations group. In this position, Bruns will lead business development and operations for Boldt’s Wisconsin offices in Green Bay, Appleton and Stevens Point. Bruns has nearly two decades of experience in business development, jobsite project management and engineering. He most recently served as vice president in the Des Moines office of The Weitz Co.

 

Doug Campbell has joined architecture and engineering firm Ghafari Associates, Grand Rapids, Mich., as director of education. In this role, Campbell assumes leadership of Ghafari’s education practice and is responsible for developing the firm’s strategy in the sector as well as leading projects. Campbell has more than 15 years of design experience, with a portfolio of education-sector projects, including campus master planning, pre-K-12 schools as well as large renovation and new construction projects in higher education.

 

John BunceGraycor Construction Co. has hired John Bunce as a construction manager. Bunce, who has more than 34 years of design-build experience, will focus on the national industrial buildings market. Bunce previously worked for Clayco, where he most recently served as a project director.
 

 

Karen ClarkKaren Clark has joined engineering firm Ross & Baruzzini as business development director in Kansas City, Kan. Clark, a graduate of West Point, spent 12 years as a commissioned officer in various transportation and military intelligence positions and previously supported the Army for eight years as a contracted military analyst. Clark will focus on the higher education and research, health care, government and utilities markets.
 

Saundra LittleSaundra Little has been promoted to principal in the Detroit office of Quinn Evans Architects. An architect and project manager with more than 15 years of experience, Little has overseen the design of several renovation and adaptive projects throughout Michigan.


 

The firm also promoted Alexis Cecil to senior associate and named Denise Close and Benjamin Telian associates.

 

Martha KellyMartha Kelly has joined HNTB Corp.’s Cincinnati office as a senior technical adviser. She will provide services on a range of transportation and Smart Cities programs that HNTB supports across Ohio, Kentucky and throughout the U.S. Kelly previously served the city of Cincinnati for 33 years in numerous planning and design roles, including city traffic engineer.

 

Stephen Boden joined Burns & McDonnell in Chicago to lead design-build, municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects. He has nearly two decades of construction management experience, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plant construction and pump and lift station projects.
