Standard Window Size: Bedroom, Living Room, Bathroom

Standard window sizes are the most common sizes of windows that are manufactured and sold. They are designed to fit most homes and businesses, and they are available in a variety of styles and materials.

There are several reasons why it is important to choose standard window sizes. First, they are typically less expensive than custom-made windows. Second, they are easier to find and install. Third, they are more likely to be available in stock, so you won’t have to wait long to get them.

Try to imagine a home without windows, and there is your answer. Yes, it is possible to live in a windowless bunker if you otherwise deal with the light, heat, ventilation, and psychological requirements for a connection with the outside world, but it is not necessarily as pleasant.

Windows are there for light, a view to the outside, ventilation, and fire egress. I do not know of any building department jurisdiction that doesn’t mandate windows for residences.
