Manufacturers around the U.S. will be participating in Manufacturing Day on Oct. 7, 2016. The day gives manufacturers an opportunity to show, in a coordinated effort, what manufacturing is — and what it isn’t.
Viega will host tours of both manufacturing facilities in McPherson, Kan., including its brand new MegaPress production facility, along with a career fair and lunch at its campus from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is a perfect occasion for anyone wanting to know more about Viega and to learn about the state-of-the-art products they produce. At the McPherson campus, Viega produces its innovative MegaPress carbon steel fittings for joining Schedule 5 to Schedule 40 black iron pipe as well as Viega PEX systems including ViegaPEX™ Ultra tubing, Viega PEX Press fittings, Viega ProRadiant™ product lines. The Viega ManaBloc® homerun water distribution system and the Viega-assembled panels for easy radiant heating and cooling are also produced in McPherson.
