Idaho The Scoular Company is planning to construct a feed ingredients plant in Idaho. The project scope includes construction of a building as well as purchase and installation of conveyors, dryers and evaporators. The plant will have the capacity to process 1.9 million bushels of barley per year to produce barley protein concentrate for aquaculture feed and pet food, and a liquid feed supplement for cattle. Louisiana South Louisiana Rail Facility LLC is planning to construct a rice mill at Lacassine Industrial Park in Iowa. North Carolina Ames Copper Group is planning to construct a copper smelter at the IMC Metals America copper anode manufacturing plant in Shelby. Texas Odfjell Terminals US is considering expanding its specialty chemical storage terminal in Seabrook.
