Idaho The Scoular Company is planning to construct a feed ingredients plant in Idaho. The project scope includes construction of a building as well as purchase and installation of conveyors, dryers and evaporators. The plant will have the capacity to process 1.9 million bushels of barley per year to produce barley protein concentrate for aquaculture feed and pet food, and a liquid feed supplement for cattle. Louisiana South Louisiana Rail Facility LLC is planning to construct a rice mill at Lacassine Industrial Park in Iowa. The project scope includes construction of a 15,000-sq-ft building and equipment foundations, and purchase and installation of silos, storage bins, truck scales, screw conveyors, and milling, shelling and husking equipment. The facility will have the capacity to process 25,000 bushels of rice per hour. Construction is expected to begin in January 2021. The estimated EPC cost is $11.6 million. North Carolina Ames Copper Group is planning to construct a copper smelter at the IMC Metals America copper anode manufacturing plant in Shelby. The project scope includes construction of building space as well as purchase and installation of a feed hopper, crushers, screens, overhead cranes and furnaces.The estimated EPC cost is $50 million. Texas Odfjell Terminals US is considering expanding its specialty chemical storage terminal in Seabrook. The Phase II project scope includes fabrication and erection of tanks with a combined storage capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 cu meters, and purchase and installation of barge, rail and truck loading and unloading equipment.
