Bureau of Land Management to Get a New Office in Twin Falls

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management will be moving into new offices this year in Twin Falls, Idaho.

BLM will consolidate several locations in town to property adjacent to the bureau's current warehouse. The new facilities will include a 16,000-square-foot, single-story office, a 70,000-square-foot outdoor yard and renovations to the existing 3,000-square-foot warehouse.

A move-in date slated is for August 2015, said Stephanie Kenitzer, spokeswoman for the U.S. General Services Administration, which holds the lease on the property.

The Neenan Company of Fort Collins, Colorado designed and will build the BLM facilities. BLM has a 20-year-lease With Twin Falls, LLC, the property owners.
