Michigan The Edgewater Group is planning to build Harbor Village, a mixed-use development within the Harbor Shares community, located along the north bank of the St. Joseph River in Benton Harbor. The project encompasses a 105-slip marina, 70-room boutique hotel, 48-unit hotel-condominium building, and two six-story and one seven-story luxury condominium buildings containing 88 units, a 60-cottage development, a swimming pool and a clubhouse. New Jersey Global Terminal & Container Services is planning to expand its terminal in Bayonne. The expansion entails the installation of 20 automated rail-mounted gantries, the addition of 900 feet of dock and in increase of the terminal's acreage to 170 from 98. When completed, the expansion will create one of the nation's first "automated" terminals. The expansion will more than double Global's annual container capacity, to 1.7 million TEUs from 680,000. New York Lincoln Equities Group is planning to build a mixed-use development at Hallets Point in Astoria, Queens. The project entails building seven mixed-use residential towers, averaging 32 stories, containing 2,300 residential apartments (1,900 market rate and 400 affordable), a park and a supermarket. The seven-acre site is located at the intersection of First Street and 26th Avenue. The construction cost has been estimated at $1 billion. Washington The Blume Co. is planning to build 624 Yale, an office building at 624 Yale Ave. in the South Lake Union district of Seattle. The project entails constructing a seven-story, 220,000-sq-ft building with 20,500 sq ft of ground-level retail space and a 172-space underground parking garage. Sellen Construction Co.
