New York SheltAir Aviation Services is planning to build an executive hangar complex at Republic Airport in Farmingdale. Oregon The Oregon Dept. of Transportation is planning to rehabilitate the Abernathy Bridge, a six-lane, 2,727-ft-long box-girder structure, with a 430-ft-long main span over the Willamette River in Clackamas County. Pennsylvania Hyman Properties is planning to convert into 270 apartments the 235,000-sq-ft Adelaide Mills factory, located at the intersection of Hamilton and Race streets. Alabama Williams, an energy infrastructure company, is planning a major expansion to its Transco pipeline network. (Transco is a subsidiary of Williams Partners.) Phase one of the Hillabee Expansion will include the construction of a new 32,000-hp compressor facility in Choctaw County and modifications to an existing compressor facility in Dallas County.
