Michael Trabold has joined the company as senior project manager and vice president in New York City; he was a project manager at AECOM. Paresh Patel was hired as project director and associate vice president in the firm’s New York City-based transit-rail practice; he had been program manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. William Birch also has joined as senior project manager and associate vice president, leading the firm’s work for the New Jersey Dept. of Transportation. He was previously the agency’s executive regional manager.

 

Skanska USA has promoted two employees to new communications lead roles. Pamela Monastra now is senior vice president and head of communications for the contractor’s building construction operation; she had been head of internal communications. Michael Iacovella now is vice president and head of communications for its civil construction operation after having served as senior director of communications.

 

McLaren Engineering Group has made two new hires. Dawson Bloom is civil technical director; he was civil engineering department manager at Bertin Engineering Associates. Michelle Piechowski is senior vice president of human resources; she was vice president of global human resources for The Topps Co.

 

Michael MondshineTina Millán is elevated to national market leader for aviation at New York City-based WSP USA; she had been a senior vice president. Michael Mondshine has been elevated to senior vice president and director of sustainability, energy and climate change services; he had been a vice president of sustainability and energy. Bernard P. McNeilly was named lead of program management and construction management in a new 1,200-person corporate unit that will work across all markets.

 

E4H for Health Architecture has made two new hires in its New York City office. Alina Shapiro joins as an associate partner; she was a senior project manager at EYP. Janet Corzo is a senior lab planner; she had the same title at AECOM.

 

Crystal V. VenningCrystal V. Venning has joined New York City-based construction law firm Peckar & Abramson as an associate; she had been an assistant council at the Atlanta Housing Authority and assistant corporation counsel in commercial and real estate litigation for the New York City Law Dept.
