Jannine MillerJannine Miller joined HNTB Corp. as national practice consultant and vice president. Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Miller provides strategic advisory services for clients nationwide, with a focus on transportation policy, finance and operations. Before joining HNTB, Miller served as senior adviser to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao and as senior adviser for rural infrastructure to U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue. Her specialty areas include freight and logistics; intermodal connectivity; emerging technologies; transit planning; economic development; environmental permitting; and rural infrastructure.

 

Sean OuelletteKAST Construction promoted Sean Ouellette to senior vice president and division manager for its Tampa business unit, where he will oversee activities in the Southwest and Central Florida. He was previously vice president of operations.

Lori JonesBurns & McDonnell announced that it has hired Lori Jones to lead and deliver manufacturing, industrial and commercial facilities solutions across the Southeast from the firm’s Greenville, S.C., office. She has more than 20 years of engineering, construction and business development experience. The firm also promoted Josh Hancox to lead the engineering team for its energy group in the Southeast.
