RJM Construction Begins Renovations for Arizona Center for Hand Surgery in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Ariz. — RJM Construction recently began renovations for Arizona Center for Hand Surgery's Phoenix location. RJM Construction will renovate 6,000 square feet of healthcare office space on the second floor at 370 East Virginia Ave. Arizona Center for Hand Surgery will continue to occupy the space throughout the project, which will be complete by May of 2014.

This is the second project RJM Construction has undertaken for Arizona Center for Hand Surgery; last year, RJM Construction renovated its new Mesa, Ariz. location.

“RJM Construction played a vital role in the development of our Mesa office. They delivered the project on time and on budget, and the building looks great,” said Jozef Zoldos, M.D., managing partner, Arizona Center for Hand Surgery. “We"re very pleased to be working with them again to expand our Phoenix location.”

As part of the renovation of Arizona Center for Hand Surgery’s two-story space, RJM Construction will convert nearly 2,000 square feet of exterior balconies into interior space, providing additional room to accommodate the group’s growing practice.

In addition to RJM Construction and Arizona Center for Hand Surgery, Archicon is the architect on the project.
