The Korte Company, a design-build construction firm, was on hand for a groundbreaking ceremony that marked the start of construction for four joint Armed Forces Reserve Centers, including Fort Allen, a 54,800 square foot project which The Korte Company was awarded.
The four centers total $85 million in contracts, which will create approximately 500 jobs in the surrounding communities. According to Todd Korte, President and CEO of The Korte Company, “We view Fort Allen as great opportunity, and look forward to delivering a facility that will have such a strong and positive economic impact.”
