The Tampa Bay area is abuzz with construction activity, says Nellis, with downtown Tampa being particularly busy.  The health care market is “robust with multiple providers breaking ground on new patient towers and renovations,” he adds. While the higher-education market is flat, multifamily projects continue to move forward, and office projects have started to show a “welcomed resurgence,” he says. Overall, “Tampa is in a great place right now, and as someone who was born and raised here, it is fantastic to see,” Nellis says.
