Twenty-seven consultants have secured places on Homes England’s £200m new Development and Regeneration and Technical Services framework.

The DaRTS deal will run from 2023–2027 replacing the previous Multidisciplinary Framework 2019-2023 for accessing technical and professional services. A dozen of the consultants were not on the previous multidisciplinary panel.

The new two-part lotted structure provides direct access to suppliers with a place-making specialism.
