Diversity, Workforce Development, and Repairing the Community With Construction

Learn more about workforce development and diversity from the leaders of ConstructReach, a program educating students about career paths in construction through outreach events across the country and partnerships with contractors.

While many in the industry attempt to reach out to high school students through school visits and other means with little success, ConstructReach says it offers a unique perspective that allows it to make a greater impact on youth.

“That’s one of the unique things about ConstructReach,” says CEO Paul Robinson. “We understand the perspective that a lot of young people have in terms of the industry and sometimes it’s a limited perspective as to the different career pathways that one can take, but also sometimes there’s a negative connotation that’s out there already.”
