Stockport-based Integrum is the group’s seventh acquisition in the last 15 months and will sit within the OCU Energy Services division.

The electrical engineering design & build contractor specialises in high voltage power distribution projects and maintenance.

Integrum will now support OCU as it expands its capabilities in the non-regulated energy market and rail sector to support the delivery of the electrification programme to enhance the mainline network, while also focusing on infrastructure opportunities that will aid the UK’s transition to net-zero.

The deal with Integrum follows the recent acquisitions of water-based expert and innovator Northavon, and Modus, a London-based multi-utility specialist within the last couple of months.
