[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]LetsBuild is made up of diverse hybrid teams from all over Europe . While that comes with its advantages, it also means we don’t interact as much in person as we might like. And you can only learn so much about one another when interactions are limited to emails and Zoom meetings.

After 2 long years of facing social distancing and travelling limitations, we finally managed to come together again in Belgium, where we held our first post-COVID team camp, and it was an absolute blast!

What was our team camp all about ️?

This long-expected team camp served a multi-fold purpose. First, the goal of the team camp was to bring people together, socialise and have fun, giving the opportunity to strengthen our teams’ integration and bonds. Even if we only get together once or twice a year, it’s enough for our teams to get to know one another on a deeper level.

The other purpose was to celebrate our team’s achievements, the current state of the company and the upcoming release of our new products, LB Site Diary & LB Coordination. Since our merger 4 years ago, we had been exploring different directions on how to help our customers tackle their frustrations and it was a challenge to decide our path. Now, our vision is defined and clear, we’re all aligned to our future steps and this was a team accomplishment worth celebrating.

“Best event since LetsBuild formation. Hard to follow up!” – Bob

Yes, it was a blast !

Our first in-person event since COVID-19, this event was truly special. This year’s function was in Malmedy, Belgium. We specifically chose a venue – the musical Daft Studio and hotel –with ample indoor space and an outdoor area nestled in nature. This provided the perfect backdrop for our planned activities and hands-on team-building exercises. Plus, we had more than enough open space for our impressive bamboo pyramid construction.

Daft Hotel LetsBuild Team Camp 2022The team who organised the team camp planned a schedule full of engaging activities meant to create bonds that extend beyond the workplace. As the actual schedule was a mystery to most of us, we were all excited to see what was coming next, after each activity. During this team camp, we shared delightful moments around bonfires, used our own platform LB Coordination for an engaging construction scheduling game, built an enormous bamboo pyramid piece by piece, cycled next to Circuit de Spa and many more memorable activities we all still talking about.[/vc_column_text][us_carousel post_type=”attachment” images=”53269,53273,53274,53276,53272,53277″ items_quantity=”0″ items_layout=”46953″ columns=”1″ items_gap=”0px” carousel_arrows=”1″ carousel_dots=”1″ css=”%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22margin-top%22%3A%223rem%22%7D%7D”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Some closing words

This unforgettable team camp wouldn’t happen without the effort of our organisation team. All activities were well-planned, the selected venue was great and all participants are grateful to the organisation team for this exceptional event.

We all built some great memories together, and we’re looking forward to the next; the destination, the people they’re going to connect with, the things they want to learn, and so much more.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
