The selection of Austin considered numerous factors, including a favorable business climate, strategic position in the growing Southwest market, and a highly skilled and creative workforce, notably a steady stream of graduates from the University of Texas School of Law.

Integreon’s Austin center will initially create 100 new jobs, with the potential to reach 300 over the next few years. The company will also look for opportunities to engage with the local community through volunteer initiatives and charity partnerships under its corporate social responsibility program.

“We are grateful to our anchor client Pfizer and to the company’s board of directors for supporting our investment in this latest facility,” said Bob Gogel, CEO, Integreon. “Opening in Austin establishes our fifth U.S. delivery center, and complements our eight other facilities around the world. This further positions Integreon as an industry leader that can offer significantly increased levels of service flexibility for our clients. We have steadily improved our global delivery platform, and will continue to look for opportunities to ensure we maintain delivery centers that offer our associates the best facilities for providing remarkable results to our clients.”

“The Pfizer legal team is pleased to build upon our relationship with Integreon by becoming a lead client for their new Austin delivery center,” said Edward O. Gramling, Sr. Corporate Counsel, Pfizer. “The combination of the innovative, quality processes of Integreon and the incredible talent pool in Austin present a compelling choice for managed document review.”

“Austin is just the latest achievement in four years of significant progress under the leadership of CEO Bob Gogel and his team, who have re-invigorated the business with a solid focus on what we do best and a clear vision for the future,” added Fred Ayala, Chairman of Integreon.

The Austin opening marks the sixth office Integreon has opened or expanded in the last 18 months, which includes improved delivery options in London, New York, Manila, Noida (Delhi) and Fargo, ND. The Austin opening also expands the firm’s global network of award-winning, highly secure service centers that specialize in providing high-quality support for discovery and document review, legal process outsourcing, document support and many other services in demand from legal and business professionals. Together these delivery centers can provide a “follow-the-sun” workflow for 24‑hour non-stop support – often crucial for clients facing stringent deadlines.
