Results from the 2012 BIM Maturity (BIMM) Study, Purdue University

  1. The 4 (4)  dimensions of BIM are:  Process, Information, People, and Technology

  2. The dimension of technology is the least concern to all the global experts, compared with the other three dimensions

  3. The USA experts focus more on information and training, while non-USA experts emphasize more on process and team structure.

  1. I think the 4D of BIM are:
    People – Policy – Process – Technology
and Information is a part of them

  2. Building Information Model (BIM) design technology. The benefits of BIM, however, extend through the entire lifecycle of a facility — design, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance (O&M), and disposal.
