After a year like 2018, all we can really say is thank you. It’s been an absolute freaking pleasure innovating with our incredible clients and collaborating with project teams on some crazy exciting work. We’re grateful to get to be a part of it and so stoked to see the mind-blowing projects our clients and partners brought from vision to reality this year. Salesforce Tower
Certification: LEED CS v2009 Platinum

Highlights: It was a big year of LEEDership for the second-tallest tower in the West, which is officially the Highest Rated New Skyscraper globally and the Highest Rated New Construction Project of any kind in San Francisco.

The Exchange on Sixteenth
Certification: LEED CS v2009 Platinum
Client: Kilroy Realty Corporation
Services provided: LEED CS Consulting & Project Management, LEED Fundamental & Enhanced Commissioning, Energy Modeling
Highlights: Despite its highly challenging and unique multi-building structure, Dropbox’s new home seamlessly received official LEED Platinum certification this fall.

NRDC San Francisco
Certifications: LEED CI v4 Gold, Living Building Challenge Materials Petal
Client: Natural Resources Defense Council
Services provided: LEED CI v4 Consulting & Project Management, LEED Fundamental & Enhanced Commissioning
Highlights: This environmental advocacy organization’s San Francisco office was recognized for pushing boundaries in the integration of sustainable and healthy design, receiving CoreNet Global’s Sustainable Leadership Award, which annually honors a national leader in the adoption of environmentally friendly and socially responsible real estate practices.

California Wellness Foundation
Certification: LEED CI v4 Silver
Client: California Wellness Foundation
Services provided: Tenant Improvement Project Management, LEED CI v4 Consulting & Project Management, LEED Fundamental Commissioning
Highlights: This wellness-focused non-profit aligned its space with its values through a new LEED v4 Silver certified office in a collective effort orchestrated by stok’s Project Management, Sustainable Design, and Engineering Teams.

Project Management: Occupied

Congrats to these clients on wrapping up their work with our Design and Construction Project Management Team and moving into their new spaces!

Confidential Tech Client: stok’s Project Management Team tackled 300,000 SF of tenant build-out in one of San Francisco’s premier high rise developments, working in conjunction with our Sustainable Buildings Team to help this confidential tech client achieve LEED Gold certification.

Pattern Energy: stok’s Project Management Team helped this leading U.S.-based renewables firm navigate the consolidation of 2 spaces into a 50,000 SF office targeting LEED certification for their new 4-floor San Francisco headquarters.

The Wing: The first west coast location for this female-focused coworking and community space opened this October, guided by stok’s Project Management Team’s local knowledge and network. Learn more here.

Bridgespan Group: The non-profit consultancy engaged stok’s Project Management Team to lead an integrated and equitable approach to the design and build-out for Bridgespan Group’s new San Francisco office, creating a space that exemplifies the company’s core values. Learn more here.

Bessemer Venture Partners: stok helped this venture capitalist group navigate a challenging construction schedule to deliver their new Silicon Valley office featuring highly customized elements. Learn more here.

Sidley Austin: Communicating with local team members as well as coordinating with stakeholders across the country, stok helped Sidley Austin LLP design and construct their new office space in Palo Alto.

Easterseals Bay Area: stok’s Project Management Team helped bring the new design of this non-profit’s headquarters in Walnut Creek to life, delivering a space that supports the organization’s mission to improve the physical quality of life of people with autism and development disabilities.
