The framework, expected to be in place for up to eight years, is estimated to be worth in the region of £960m over the full contract period.

The scope of work includes all services required for the design and supervision of highway, civil and municipal engineering works, for the 31+ local authorities that use the framework.
The new framework will be available from 28 August 2023.
It has been further updated for the 31 local highway authority members already using the PSP 3 framework, particularly in terms of performance management, supplier selection options and workload share.
