The building will provide a space for the university to work with business partners and undertake cutting-edge research into advanced solutions supporting the implementation of lightweight composite materials alongside the adoption of hydrogen fuel.

Wynne Construction will lead on the initial planning process and design of the facility, which will be situated at flagship campus Plas Coch, with a view for construction work to commence by February 2024.
