VIDEO: Dramatic Rescue Construction Workers Under Bridge

Wednesday, a semi-tractor trailer driver lost control of his truck and struck a boom truck on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Fairfax County, Virginia. The construction workers from Maryland were trapped in the crane's bucket under the bridge and had to be rescued by emergency responders who helped lower each man to boats waiting below. The semi and other construction equipment caught fire, unfortunately killing the driver and tying up bridge traffic for 12 hours.
