The Korte Company Completes Certified LEED Green Building Tenant Improvements

The Korte Company

The Korte Company recently completed a $31 million tenant improvement project at Molasky Corporate Center, which is owned by The Molasky Group of Companies. Anchor tenants include Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and Las Vegas Valley Water District’s (LVVWD) who have moved their headquarters into the building. The project encompasses 180,000 square feet on seven floors of the building.

Revit MEP Content Extension Released

Autodesk has released a content extension for Revit MEP. Download it here. Imperial and Metric are both available. This extension supposedly contains over 300 new families which appear to be almost exclusively mechanical. I counted 15 new electrical families. Well, it sure beats a stick in the eye, and maybe there is something in there that I really need.
