Keltbray appoints former Laing O’Rourke commercial chief

Keltbray has appointed Andrew Chaney as commercial director for its Built Environment Division, reporting to Vince Corrigan, Keltbray’s chief operating officer.

Chaney brings a proven track record in developing and leading commercial teams and has wide-ranging experience working on complex civil engineering schemes in the UK and Australia.

He joins from Laing O’Rourke, where he has worked for over 25 years, gaining considerable onsite expertise in specialist ground and structural engineering. This includes commercial and contractual experience gained on iconic London projects, including The Leadenhall Building, One Hyde Park and The Francis Crick Institute.

In his new role, Chaney will be responsible for leading the commercial operations across the Built Environment division, covering strategic client relationship and contract management, supply chain liaison, team development, cost control and change management.
