The annual Women in Residential Construction Conference (WIRC) was online in 2020, but the inspiration, education, and camaraderie that builders and remodelers who attend this event enjoy so much remained strong. From October 28-30, WIRC attendees had the opportunity to participate in three days of conference programming that included inspiring speakers and keynotes, as well as strategy sessions, lively breakouts, and entertaining games and contests.
