JM Realty Associates is planning to develop the Roosevelt Reserves residential subdivision on a 148-acre site in Fort Wayne on E. Tillman Rd. The subdivision will have 200 market-rate homes. LOUISIANA

Fidelis New Energy is planning to build the Cyclus Cogeneration Biomass Steam & Power Plant in West Baton Rouge. It will provide power to Fidelis’ 73,000-barrel-per-day Gron Fuels facility. It is being designed by Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc., and Kiewit has been selected as the contractor. Construction is expected to start in June 2023 and be completed by July 2026. PENNSYLVANIA

The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority is planning to construct the 4.9-mile-long, 18-ft-dia Ohio River Tunnel under parts of Pittsburgh’s North Side and Interstate 579, to capture combined storm sewer overflows. The work also includes constructing dropshafts, regulators, and outfall and consolidation sewers. It is being designed by Mott MacDonald, and Hatch has been chosen as the construction manager. Construction is expected to start in February 2025 and be completed by November 2029. The project is valued at between $500 million and $550 million. RHODE ISLAND

Western Avenue Joint Venture LLC is planning to carry out the South Quay Marine Terminal Redevelopment. The project involves constructing a 1,020-ft-long bulkhead and two deepwater berths; a concrete platform to accept heavy cargo and a second concrete platform to support a heavy load-bearing crane; and several smaller buildings and a staging area for the state’s emerging offshore wind industry. TEXAS

Graphic Packaging is planning to construct a paperboard recycling mill in Waco. The single-story, 640,000-sq-ft facility will house a football-field-sized machine to create new paperboard packing from recycled corrugated cardboard for cereal boxes and other consumer products. Wadsworth Brothers Construction is carrying out the replacement of the Clearwater Memorial Bridge in Lewiston. The project entails replacing the existing 1,363-ft-long bridge with a wider deck that will accommodate heavier vehicles, as well as allow more shoulder space for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The work will involve keeping all the piers going into the water in place and placing riprap around them. Whiting Turner Contracting Co. has started expanding the CoStar Group Corporate Campus in Richmond. It will include on-site energy generation, conference space, an auditorium, 50,000 sq ft of occupiable green roof terraces and a 400- to 500-seat amphitheater.
