Colt Moedl

Primoris Services Corp. announced that Colt Moedl has joined the company as president of its utilities business segment. He has more than 20 years of experience in the utility construction industry, having overseen the delivery of large-scale projects for power delivery and energy infrastructure entities across the U.S.  He is formerly president of Power Delivery Inc. and worked for contractor Quanta Services in several management roles, including senior vice president of operations and strategy.


Robert Travato was promoted to associate principal at Lilker Associates Consulting Engineers PC. He is the director of the firm’s Dallas office and a registered professional mechanical engineer in New York and Texas and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Jason Keung

Jason Keung has joined KAI as project manager in Dallas-Fort Worth. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he is responsible for the internal and external success of project design, schedules, deliverables and budgets. Previously, Keung worked as a senior project manager for ENTOS Design and as a project manager for CallisonRTKL, both headquartered in Dallas, with expertise in restaurant and retail and construction..


David Ladewig has been named Manhattan Construction Co. director of business development for the Houston region. He will be responsible for overseeing new business acquisitions and strategic account management. Ladewig brings more than a decade of experience working in operations and business development in the Houston area. He earned a master’s degree in space architecture from the University of Houston.

Sarah McEwen

Sarah McEwen joined Neel-Schaffer as its central region hydrology/hydraulic discipline lead. In this role, she will be responsible for managing all hydrology, hydraulics and drainage projects in Mississippi and Arkansas. The firm has 18 Mississippi offices. With more than a decade of experience, she has managed projects involving bridge hydraulics, scour evaluations, internal technical reviews and roadway hydraulics.


Catamount Constructors Inc. has added Paul Washington to its board of directors. Washington will bring his real estate and civic organizational skills to promoting Catamount’s strategy of focusing on leadership development.

Brandon Hebert

Ryan Gootee General Contractors announced three new hires and one promotion during the first fiscal quarter of 2023. Brandon Hebert was hired as a project engineer, while Opey Davis was hired for the position of project superintendent. Additionally, Blake Stabenow joined the company as an estimator, and Patrick Thomas was promoted from senior project manager to project executive.
