“The Omaha Riverfront project is a $350-million public private partnership to upgrade three major parks above the river and one in the downtown business district that all connect together. These are transformational projects, and we were the lead design engineer on that. The overall project will be done in 2023, but a big segment of it will be opening this summer around Memorial Day,” says Tondl. 

“Tax receipts at the state level have created more revenue, and infrastructure is getting a pretty hard look right now,” he adds.
