Emerging Florida Conglomerate Now Up to Six Landscape Companies

Ohio-based private equity group continues searching for firms to acquire in the Southeast.

SCG Partners has acquired the assets of two more commercial landscape maintenance companies in Florida. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed, nor were the identities of the two companies.

These two transactions mark the fifth and sixth acquisitions for SCG Partners in the last 12 months. Last October, SCG Partners announced that it acquired three landscape maintenance companies in Melbourne, Florida.
