Ruppert Landscape Hiring Activity in Maryland and Georgia

The company also announced a number of different promotions within its Maryland, Georgia and Virginia branches.

Ruppert Landscape has announced new additions to its Maryland Landscape Construction Branch, Georgia Landscape Construction Branch and a number of promotions in its Gainesville Landscape Management Branch.

In Maryland, Ruppert Landscape hired Adam Bennet, Shane Lear and Brian Shadick. The company also announced the promotion of Camden Kent and Sean Davitt.

Bennet has been hired as production manager and will be in charge of managing subcontractors and everything that goes into overseeing projects, including but not limited to, communicating with customers and supervising field personnel. Lear has been hired as estimator and will be in charge of verifying material costs, subcontractor quotes, calculating labor hours and other expenses. Shadrick has been hired as project manager, and he will be in charge of administration and installation of large or specialty landscape projects.

Kent has been promoted from assistant production manager to project manager. He will also be in charge of administration and installation of large or specialty landscape projects. Davitt has been promoted from production manager to operations manager, in his new position he will be responsible for all aspects of production in the branch.

In the Georgia Landscape Construction Branch for Ruppert Landscape, the company announced the addition of Rickey Ackerman and the promotion of Taylor Becker and Zac Czapko.

Ackerman has been hired as estimator. In his position he will be in charge of verifying material costs, subcontractor quotes, calculating labor hours and other expenses.

Becker has been promoted from assistant project manager to project manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for all aspects of the administration and installation of large or specialty landscape projects in the Georgia area. Czapko has been promoted from contract administrator to operations manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for all aspects of production in the branch.

Ruppert Landscape also announced the promotions of Cynthia Corrales, Jake Heuple, Joe Beretz and the return of Rob Groves in the Gainesville Landscape Management Branch.

Corrales has been promoted from receptionist/assistant branch administrator to branch administrator. In her new position Corrales will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office along with payroll and office duties. Heuple has been promoted from enhancement field manager to enhancement manager. In his new role, Heuple will be responsible for producing all of the branch’s enhancement work, purchasing and selling a portion of that work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Beretz and Groves will take over as area managers. Beretz and Groves will respectively be responsible for the sale, renewal and production of the branch’s landscape management work; the training and development of personnel; and ensuring quality, customer service and customer retention. Beretz was promoted from enhancement manager and Groves returned in 2015, he was enhancement manager for 8 years before leaving the company.
