Ware Malcomb announces New Jersey office expansion

Architecture and design firm also honored for commercial real estate projects in New Jersey.

EDISON, N.J.   – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that its New Jersey office has expanded into a larger space located at 90 Woodbridge Center Drive, Suite 320, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095. The new office accommodates the firm’s growing employee and client base, along with its expansive geographic reach. In addition, Ware Malcomb’s New Jersey office was recently honored for its work by two regional organizations: the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s New Jersey Chapter.

While Ware Malcomb’s New Jersey office primarily operates in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, the office has managed hundreds of projects in 21 states across the Eastern U.S. since it opened in 2005. The firm offers a full range of planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and civil engineering services to commercial real estate and corporate clients.

“We are very proud of our growth and look forward to continuing to set the bar for corporate, retail and industrial design in the region,” said Michael Bennett, Regional Director of Ware Malcomb’s New Jersey office. 

Ware Malcomb recently won the Industrial Deal of the Year Award presented by the NAIOP’s New Jersey Chapter for NFI Park at Florence Crossings in the Township of Florence, NJ. The state-of-the-art project includes a 526,000 square foot Northeast Distribution Center for Subaru of America, Inc., as well as a 238,732 square foot pharmacy fulfillment center for Express Scripts Pharmacy, Inc. Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the project and the developer was NFI Real Estate. The award was presented at the 27th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala on May 15, 2014.

Ware Malcomb also received the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s 2014 New Good Neighbor Award for its work in designing the Subaru distribution center at NFI Park at Florence Crossings. Ware Malcomb served as architect for the new distribution center. NJBIA award winners are selected based on economic benefit/job creation, architectural merit and community involvement. The project was recognized at an awards luncheon on June 6, 2014.
