Ware Malcomb Phoenix relocates, promotes Kevin Evernham to Regional Manager

(August 2013) Scottsdale, Arizona – International Design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that Kevin Evernham, NCARB, AIA, has been promoted to Regional Manager for the Phoenix office.  Kevin has been the Architect of Record on over 900 projects across the United States for high profile clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.  His career has included marketing, firm management, design direction, project management, code analysis and staff development.  Kevin’s 18 years of career experience with multiple firms, as well as his own firm for 7 years, included office, retail, industrial, library, high-tech, multifamily and custom residential projects.   His career has included award recognition for 19 projects.

Kevin will lead the growth and continued expansion of Ware Malcomb's Phoenix office.   He earned his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Illinois, at Urbana Champaign and his Masters of Architecture at the University of Arizona.  He is a registered architect in all 50 US States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Updated document details methods of testing fenestration for exterior walls

The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) updated a document serving a recommended practice for determining test methodology for laboratory and field testing of exterior wall systems. The document pertains to products covered by an AAMA standard such as curtain walls, storefronts, window walls, and sloped glazing. AAMA 501-24, Methods of Test for Exterior Walls was last updated in 2015.
