The hot housing market has warmed up the winter months, but will the heat continue? Forbes asked their Real Estate Council experts about their predictions for the remaining winter months. Although multifamily construction has lagged in comparison to residential construction, one expert says multifamily real estate investments have not been affected and neither have prices. Another expert predicts the sizzling housing market will continue through winter, into the spring, and summer, noting no signs of a slowdown coming. And given the state of the economy, another expert says high-priced homes will become harder to sell.

I do not see any signs of a slowing down of the housing market for spring or summer. - Steven Minchen, Minchen Team/Elevated Living Network, Inc
