The April print issue of ENR New England will include some of the region's largest 2023 construction starts, with projects each valued at more than $140 million.

Below is a preliminary list of projects that will potentially be on the list. They are located in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont—the states that make up the ENR New England region.

The list, based on Dodge Data & Analytics data as well as other sources, is subject to change as additional information is gathered prior to publishing the rankings.

A project submitted for the Top Starts list, must have started construction in 2023 and be valued at more than $140 million. Email ricej@enr.com with nominations.

Also note that a project start is defined as the beginning of construction activity on the job site, as opposed to he start of pre-construction or a formal groundbreaking ceremony. In addition to the project cost, please include names of the firms on the project team as well as the owner. Also list the project start date and projected completion date.

It is also helpful to include renderings or construction photos. Submittals should include image credits.

Please read the April issue of ENR New England to learn more about where each of these projects rank, and for additional information such as construction costs and project teams.
