Delaware PBF Energy Partners LP/Delaware City Refining Co. LLC is planning to construct a hydrogen plant at PBF’s heavy-crude-oil refinery in Delaware City. The project scope includes construction of equipment foundations and a steam methane reformer; purchase and erection of structural steel; and installation of a high-temperature shift reactor, a pressure swing adsorption system, a high-pressure hydrogen compressor and an aqueous ammonia tank. The plant will have the capacity to produce 25 million cu ft of hydrogen per day. Linde Engineering North America will perform engineering and procurement and manage construction, which is expected to begin in 2019. The estimated EPC cost is $100 million. Missouri Lohman Producers Exchange is planning to construct a feed mill on a 10-acre site in Jefferson City. Texas Seven Seas Water Corporation is planning to construct a seawater desalination plant on Harbor Island in Port Aransas. Utah Sarcos Robotics is planning to establish a new robotics manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City.
