The team at Gensler challenged itself to design its own collaborative workspace. The process engaged employees to analyze how the space was being used. This strategic approach laid the foundation for an innovative, high-performance environment specifically tailored to the needs of its users. The result is a balanced, flexible, sustainable and technologically advanced workplace that features 14 areas where employees can work at any time of the day. From soundproof phone rooms to collaborative huddle rooms and private booths, individuals choose where and when they work, depending upon the task at hand. The light-filled, dynamic space also reflects Colorado’s active culture. An open-bleacher stair not only serves as a link between floors but also encourages movement and impromptu conversations.
