The 1-million-sq-ft Wynwood Plaza in Miami topped out Sept. 14, according to L&L Holding Co. and Oak Row Equities. Along with project partner Shorenstein Properties and co-investor Claure Group, the firms say the mixed-use campus located in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District includes a Gensler-designed, 266,000-sq-ft Class AAA office tower and 509 high-end rental apartments, indoor and outdoor shops, cafes and restaurants. Moss is constructing the superstructure with subcontractor Tekton.

Slated for completion in early 2025, the development will be defined by a half-acre outdoor public plaza by urban design practice James Corner Field Operations. Investment firm Claure Group will establish its 25,400-sq-ft headquarters on the eighth floor, and national law firm Weitz & Luxenberg will open its first Miami office with 18,000 sq ft on the second floor. The Wynwood Plaza will include 32,000 sq ft of retail, with 6,600 sq ft of outdoor dining.
