On February 26, Guntert & Zimmerman Construction Division, Inc., filed a patent lawsuit against GOMACO Corp. This case was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The judges overseeing this case are Kelly K.E. Mahoney and CJ Williams.
During Conexpo, GOMACO issued the following statement:
"On March 1, 2020, GOMACO was served papers for a lawsuit brought by Guntert & Zimmerman claiming patent infringement. GOMACO believes this claim is baseless, without merit, and will vigorously defend the suit and our reputation."
