Vanair has re-enginerered four of it's products to use aluminum, offering less weight without reducing the units' durability. The products include:
AIR N AIR 250-L
The new aluminum Air N Arc 250 is 30 percent lighter than the standard steel model, but still offers the functionality of five units: air compressor, welder, generator, battery booster, and battery charger. The 250-L increases valuable bed space for other equipment, lowers maintenance costs and time from operating multiple units, and reduces idle time without compromising productivity.
RELIANT RC40-L and RELIANT RS85
The RC40-L's aluminum canopy and air end reduce its weight 40 percent over the standard model, the company says. The unit also offers 40 cfm of air power with the hydraulic cooling assist for additional hydraulic systems. It also has an aluminum air end and canopy for a 30 percent reduction in weight. Both units offer a relocatable instrument panel for mounting flexibility on the unit and off. It has a standard mechanical gauge or an optional LED electronic panel.
