During each year’s Best Projects process, ENR Southwest identifies one project as the Project of the Year. This winner is determined by a three-step method. First, our independent industry judges critique all submissions and identify category winners (see that blog announcement here). Second, the judges put forth nominees culled from the Best Projects winners. Finally, these nominees are presented to the judging panel, who identify the “top” or “best of the best” regional best project.

This year, our judges selected three finalists for Project of the Year. The winner will be announced at our Nov. 15 Best Projects luncheon in Phoenix and in the pages of ENR Southwest.
