In an unpredictable industry such as home building, it’s important to remain nimble and open to new ideas. The National Association of Home Builders rounded up three IBSx educational sessions fit for builders looking to revamp their operations. NAHB’s hand-picked sessions focus on remote working benefits, block scheduling for time management, and improving your bottom line. Each session can be accessed on-demand through June 30 for registered attendees. Builders have until March 31 to register.
