Convergence Communities is planning to develop Granary at Draper Farm, a mixed-use community in Milton. The 450-acre, 1,350-unit master-planned community will include single family homes, attached townhomes, 55 acres devoted to public ballfields and recreation, three miles of public pedestrian/bike trails, a clubhouse and pools, an amphitheater, restaurants and 60,000 sq ft of light commercial space. KENTUCKY

The City of Louisville is planning to restore Beargrass Creek. The creek and its three branches cover a 60-sq-mile watershed. The project aims to restore 620 acres and nearly nine miles of streams, wetlands and floodplains, encompassing 12 sites where it will improve instream habitat, resculpt waterways, add wetlands, take out stream barriers, remove invasive species and add more native plants. In addition the project will add a boat ramp, trails and trail enhancements, an outdoor classroom and birdwatching areas. The project is valued at $121 million. City of Louisville, 611 W. NEVADA

Lansing Companies is planning to develop the Prado Ranch single family subdivision in Reno. The 490-lot development will occupy 154.65 acres bordered by Lemmon Valley Drive, Nectar St., Chickadee Drive and San Pit Rd. Wood Rodgers has been chosen as the architect. OKLAHOMA

The City of Oklahoma City is planning to carry out an improvement project for Paycom Center Arena, home to the NBA’s Oklahoma Thunder. The project entails installation of new seats, a new scoreboard and enhanced concession areas. The project has been designed by Populous Architects PC. It is valued at $105 million. SOUTH DAKOTA

Trū Shrimp Company, a subsidiary of Ralco Nutrition, is planning to construct the Madison Bay shrimp production facility in Madison. The 42,000-sq-ft building will contain 36 basins totaling 9 acres, and will produce 790,000 lb of processed shrimp annually. The architect is ISG. The project is valued at $48 million. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is currently evaluating submitted proposals for design services for a boiler plant replacement project at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain. The project entails construction of 7,000 sq ft of additional space, to accommodate three boilers: two boilers will be sized in the range of 15,000 lb/hr to 20,000 lb/hr and one will be 5,000 lb/hr to 8,000 lb/hr. 9/20 The Federal Highway Administration is seeking bidders for a Natchez Trace Parkway rehabilitation project. The project entails reconstruction of the parkway from milepost 121 to milepost 204, including full depth reclamation, asphalt milling and overlay, and drainage/culvert improvements. Bridge work includes sealing concrete surfaces, replacing expansion joints, performing concrete repairs, micro-milling existing asphalt overlays and placing asphalt overlays with waterproofing membrane.
