These divisions, while relevant to the architectural model, are ruining the possibilities of creating gbXML files without extensive work on the part of the engineer to remove the room separation lines, and then repair the damage done to the room names and numbers. Outside of being clumsy, the other issue with some of these tools is cost, Codebook for example doesnt work as a business model for small projects, unless youve got the big project(s) to cut your teeth on it and standardize it.
