There were not similar concerns expressed about commercial loans. Commercial PACE programs are still very new.

It is clear that in 2016 there will be more of them across Maryland including hopefully in Baltimore and ideally across America.

Total credits are limited to $2 million in any per calendar year for 2013-2015 and $500,000 per calendar year for 2016 and 2017. The term of the loan will vary depending on the loan purpose with a maximum of 15 years.
