Alabama Infrastructure Grant Program: Funds are available to public entities for extension of water, sewer and road facilities to service new or expanding industries. To receive an abatement for property taxes, a project must meet certain qualifications and follow certain procedures, as determined by law and regulation.

ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Applicants must meet the same qualification criteria as Advantage Arkansas and must be approved by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Any unused credit may be carried forward for a period of nine years.

Arkansas currently has 538 buildings and 311 sites available at www.ArkansasSiteSelection.com , a collaborative effort between the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and Entergy Arkansas Inc. All preliminary work such as extending utilities, rail, water and sewer is complete at both sites which are “ready to go and ready to market.”.
