I believe most localities will approve a post-and-beam structure with earthbag infill on a slab foundation. I used galvanized post bases sunk into reinforced concrete for the footers of the front posts and beam; even pressure-treated posts will rot in our moist climate. I always attempt to overbuild my earthbag structures.

ROLLING SHUTTERS SPECIFICATIONS

The rolling shutter accessories should be as specified and approved should be suitable for fixing in position as specified i.e. outside or inside; on or below lintel or between jambs of the opening. Metal Rolling Shutters should conform to IS:6248. Rolling shutter can be hand operated or gear operated.

Lintel: it is a horizontal member of stone, brick, wood, iron or RCC used to support the masonry or load above an opening. Template: Pieces of stones placed under the end of a beam to distribute the load over a greater area. It gives support to the vertical members of a wooden window frame.
