It was widely reported that the first green building litigation in the country was the 2007 trial court case of Southern Builders, Inc. Shaw Development, LLC, in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Somerset County, case no. Project is designed to comply with a Silver Certification Level according to the U. tax credit certificate.
